Return Policy

In the unfortunate event that you need to return a purchase, you may return your order within 14 days of the delivery date. Should your returned item meet the requirements listed below, you will receive an in-store credit.

Our goal is to ensure you are satisfied with your order. However, should you need to return an item, please submit your request via email to mikey@mikeyyaw.com

RETURN POLICY

Our Return and Exchange Policy is valid for 14 days after you receive your order. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you a return or a refund. This is due to inventory that may or may not be stocked at the current time, or products going out of stock. 
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item(s) must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition (new condition, means new!) Free of the following, but not limited to… water marks, deodorant stains, perfumes, animal hair, make-up, etc.) Returned items need to be in brand new condition, exactly how you received it—if you wouldn’t want to receive it, then we can't take it. Return requests are subject to refusal upon receipt, if they don’t comply with these requirements. Please make sure to read this page in it's entirety.

If a product arrives to you with a defect, or we incorrectly send the wrong size, color or item, a prepaid return label will be emailed to you for a return, and a replacement item will be reshipped at our expense. Before sending back the package, please email us with all details first, including a picture of the issue, so we can decide the fastest way to resolve your problem to mikey@mikeyyaw.com. Without pictures, we cannot offer replacements.


REFUNDS / STORE CREDIT

We inspect all returned items using the requirements above for refund eligibility. We reserve the right to refuse any return that we deem ineligible. Once our your return has been accepted (unused/unworn and in new and condition), you will be issued a refund in the form an in-store credit, minus any shipping fees and restocking fees.

*All items in our SALES collection, sale-marked items, and any items that do not meet the return eligibility requirements, will not be eligible for refunds.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt of it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. You must notify us within 3 days of the shipment showing delivered if there is an issue. We cannot be held responsible for any packages that show delivered, but customer states they were not received. You must take this issue up with the shipping carrier. 

In a case of a missing package on orders placed in the United States we will offer a refund or send out a new package, this only applies to packages that were never delivered to you. If your package was delivered but you did not receive it, it is your responsibility to contact the post office, Fedex, OR UPS and resolve the issue. 
  

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We also cannot accept returns for wrong size orders. All of our size charts are true to fit and posted on each product page. We also can not accept returns if you change your mind, decide you don’t like the quality, or for any reason other than a defective item.  

Once you place your order, in most cases it immediately goes into processing. Therefore, once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. If you need to make additions or changes to the order, please reach out to mikey@mikeyyaw.com for the requested changes. While we cannot guarantee we can make any edits or changes, we will try our best to do so. Any request for an edit or change must be made the same day the order was placed.

Returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

All exchanges need to be for the same style, design, and color. If wanting a different style, design, or color, we cannot offer an exchange. However, we may be able to offer a discount on the new style, design, or color item. If this is the case, please reach out and we will see what we can do.
If your order was over $75 and qualified for free shipping, and you are returning items that will bring your order value below $75, we will deduct the cost of shipping from the refund.
