Mikey Yaw was founded in Fall 2023 with a simple idea: clothes should be interesting to look at, feel good to wear, and say something.

Rooted in New York City and inspired by art, imagination, and everyday life, Mikey Yaw lives at the intersection of artwear and streetwear. Our designs draw from abstract art, cubism, line work, and bold graphic expression, translating visual ideas into pieces meant for real life.

We don’t chase trends or seasonal hype. Instead, we focus on creating thoughtfully designed apparel that feels different in a world where most clothing looks the same. Every piece is an experiment in form, color, and meaning—sometimes playful, sometimes pointed, always intentional.

Sustainability matters to us, too. We produce all of our pieces on demand to reduce waste and overproduction, choosing materials and processes with care whenever possible. Growth is important, but doing things thoughtfully matters more.
